I ended up at this dentist because my dentist unfortunately retired. A treatment plan would have been made with a bill of hundreds of euros, which has hardly been discussed. The dentist treats 2 people at the same time, has hardly any time for questions himself and no proper explanation is left. Leave a part of the dental work to an assistant. A filling fell out again after 2 days, no guarantee for this, again an invoice. After the second treatment on the same tooth, remove the filling. A second opinion showed that poor work was done, other dentists solved this well. The dentist is unreachable, no response to e-mails, with telephone contact you get a call center that promises to be called back. This never happened. Complaints will not be processed. Repeated requests to forward the file with photos and so-called treatment plan were not responded to. After the intervention of a lawyer, there appears to be no file at all. Hundreds of euros and various treatments further, with no result. In short, poor dentistry.

TERRIBLE! During my previous appointment she told me nothing, just started drilling (some older lady). Had no mouth cap on (while she really did not smell fresh from her mouth). Also a very dirty air from the armpits. Made me completely uncomfortable, done everything within 20 minutes and filled. Then a big bill! I'm out of here!!!!!!

Dental practice Mondraint does not consider service and service to be of paramount importance. Scheduling appointments for specialized treatment is not possible. After 3 months of calling and emailing to make an appointment to schedule a treatment at Evi Martens, I gave up. The answering service has spoken to me several times, but could not help me. Via mail you can wait weeks / months for a reply from Mark or Johan from the administration. Now I want to switch to a different dentist who finds customer contact important. But that too seems almost impossible. I do not recommend anyone to register with this dentist.

This practice is not recommended. Collecting bills is more important here than good care. Does not provide a guarantee for - poor work done by second opinion. Poor accessibility, complaints are not handled. If you write less good reviews you will be accused of stalking and nonsense.

I switched to another dentist but my file is not forwarded. So now lost if this practice no longer exists.
