Particularly poor service. ATTENTION! If you buy something here and can demonstrate it by bank transfer, which means that you have become the rightful owner of the goods and you want to exchange it for, for example, another size, the policy is that you cannot do anything without the original receipt. So also not the same product in a different size. Also not used in original packaging. Very CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Unfortunately, the law is such that the store's policy is money. You won't see me here again.
Good thing we should certainly not lose in the Netherlands, so do your shopping at HEMA
The Hema offers very good quality at often very low prices. It would be a shame if Hema followed the fate of V&D.
Unfortunately, the Hema van Reusel does not know what customer-friendliness is. Recently there has been a self-scan and despite the normal checkout it is apparently not possible to pay there. In a pedantic tone you will be informed that you can only go to the self-scan. Even though there is nothing to do and there are two people on staff, just paying normally is apparently too much trouble.
Unbelievable that you are open to carnival.
Think of your colleagues like zoë who also wants to celebrate gwn carnival. Can not really reach it with my mind.
