EDIT: I wrote a review today on this page thinking it was another Van de Weijer electronics goods shop that I puchased a defective machine from - it was not, and so my original review below is invalid and is not relevant to this store. However, the reason I know this is because the owner of this Van de Weijer contacted me on LinkedIn to threaten me to take this review down or "this will certainly affect you if you do not delete this immediately." This might not speak to the quality service you may get from this store, but it certainly speaks to the friendliness of the ownership. Take what you will from this. I would never have posted this if he had simply alerted me to my mistake and asked me to take down the review - which I acknowledge, and have done immediately. ORIGINAL REVIEW (invalid, I posted on the wrong store): Bought a Samsung JetPro from Van de Weijer (via bol) which was defective (the top broke off, after only 6 weeks of use). Van de Wejer provided absolutely no customer service regarding the defective product, insisting they could only refer me to Samsung services. A SALESMAN had to deal with my case, and ultimately offered us no help. Samsung customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with, to the point that the vaccuum broke 5 days ago, and I am still dealing with them to arrange a repair. Van de Weijer might be good with repairs, but I do not recommend buying your appliances here. They will not help you in the event of a defect or issue with the product. And it goes without saying - if you live in the Netherlands, do not buy any Samsung products !

Very good and honest service. They repair all your laundry and kitchen machines. Very quick as well. They can get almost all spare parts you need. It located in the centre of Veldhoven so very easy to get there, and parking in front of the shop. They also sell great new kitchen stuff, which you can see in their quite big showroom.

Today I asked here for advice about a Pelgrim extractor hood and a gas stove from AEG and Inventum. Employee Mark was friendly and patient and gave a good and comprehensive answer. I had a second question and within half an hour I was also called back about this. Friendly service!

Dryer neatly delivered and placed, old taken back. Helped well in the store and had an explanation, which is why the AEG heat pump dryer was chosen. Works as it should.
