On behalf of ZOwonen from Sittard I have presented 2 cases to mr. Iris Cuijten with the request for 1. Draw up a guideline for "how can an employer deal with the withdrawal of a vacation leave by employees as a result of the corona measures?" 2. Draw up a whistleblower scheme that complies with the legal provisions and advice on the Works Council's approval procedure. Both issues were highly urgent and needed to be resolved in a very short time. Iris quickly read in and provided the required productions on time, including practical advice. Very satisfied with her approach and commitment.

Recently all my affairs were deposited with Mrs. Cuijten. Extremely satisfied with her way of working. I also picked and won all my cases. Always first a free introductory interview where you get clear and honest advice about the approach and the costs and not be confronted with surprises. I can really recommend her to anyone. Worked with other lawyers in the past, but these are far from her qualities.

Iris is a lawyer in heart and soul: the times we asked her to look at business disputes went smoothly. She listens well, takes the time to think and then comes up with a suitable solution. Her enthusiasm is contagious. And although we don't understand a thing about her profession, we understand her approach. And that works nice.
