These people carried out a big project in my house, but during the project Masis Bouwservice turned into a money grubber with, it seemed, financial problems that he wanted to recover from me. We first had to pay these invoices from him, otherwise we would not get our key back. He also sent my girlfriend absurd messages that she had to transfer money “to get rid of her stress”. We have therefore reported to the police for extortion. The trouble with all this is that we also had to make a 40% down payment for a roof renovation. Masis Bouwservice has depressed this money and we have seen nothing of it. Materials that would have been ordered for our money have never been delivered. This plumber should not work with companies like Masis Bouwservice. When we asked Voskers to finish his work with us, it was too much for him to ask, so we were left behind in an unfinished construction site. We were not allowed to call him anyway, because all contact and questions had to go through masis Bouwservice; a bizarre turn of events. I would like to advise everyone not to work with Voskers, because who knows, you might also have to deal with Masis Bouwservice. You absolutely don't want that person in your house.
