We think he doesn't inform the seller about all the possible buyers and offers. And tells us the house is already a buyer for. A few years later the house is still for sale we showed interest again same story. Now we found out the house is sold a few years later far below asking price. We suspect he had an agreement with this buyer all this time. And waits a long time that the seller drops their asking price. Because they think there are no other options or interested buyers. He waits just so long that the sellers are almost broke because they think there were no other potential customers. He plays monopoly, and really took advantage of the economic crisis. We spoke someone who this company promised a lot of loyalty and tries to let you believe they are on your side. The contracts were so far below what's suitable. He has his hand in the gemeente, and plays a diabolical role. And wenn you confront him he gets aggressive. He takes advantage of the good and honest hard working generation that builded up our country. And that he received a lintje that's for me the statement of how Heeze Leende works. And if I meet him in my stable iam gona whip his ugly as until it's bleeding and he pays all his victims the right kind of money back that they deserve!!!!!

Geldwolf first class and manipulates the housing market in the region! And is anything but fair and transparent to buyers / sellers Hopefully there will soon be other brokers in his place !!

The way the broker communicated with us was pleasant. Immediately, without fuss, fast and clear and informal. So a talk of a click. Everything went well from the first contact. The value of the house is correctly estimated. House is sold quickly. What else do you want? Thanks to several employees of the office. In particular Mr Thom van Grootel.

Had contact with OLAV Veldhuizen about a new construction project. Sent an e-mail asking for more information, after which I received an e-mail stating that I had to 'register' immediately (without obligation) the next day. I immediately called that day to ask where the emergency came from. "Those were just the rules" I thought it strange, because I didn't think the houses had been on Funda for a long time, which I regularly looked at ... but according to the lady they had been on it for a long time! So checked immediately after the phone call. The project was on Funda for no less than 1 week. That is not exactly long in my eyes! Annoying that you are being lied to in this way with the most important purchase of your life. Although the lie is so small, the confidence is lost right away.
