On 13-01-2021 I ordered loin beef fresh from the knife 3cm ± 300g, it was delicious: tender and soft.
On 29-01-2021 I again ordered sirloin which was already ready in the display case, when it was baked as before, however, it turned out that it was tough. Contrary to what I paid, I think this is a waste of my money so I am looking for another butcher.
