In my youth I always sat at this practice, always helped well and never had problems

Unfortunately, dentist Wieten does not like his professional ethics. I was at his practice on Easter Sunday just after noon when this dentist was "on duty". I was in great pain and the emergency department said that this dentist was on duty all day. When I arrived at the practice the bird had already flown, I was able to reach him by mobile and explained what was going on, but the best man had no intention of helping me. When this dentist is on duty, he checks twice a day (at 11:30 am and at 7:30 pm) whether there is a patient, if not, it is a day off for him. Emergencies must therefore take place at exactly these times or otherwise you have simply been unlucky. In my case, this meant that I had to wait for another 7 hours with terrible pain until this joker finally went to work, moreover, because of his sympathetic action, I was immediately forced to pay the 200% evening rate (surcharge) that he uses. So not only waiting, also higher costs! This dentist has no empathy for his patients, even when they are at his practice with terrible pain. He lets them leave again, I had driven 15 minutes for it. In the end, another dentist on duty from a completely different region (45 km away) helped me, who, like me, were not amused about the course of action of this dentist. We will certainly file a complaint with the KNMT.
