Always up for a chat and a nice cup of coffee! Friendly staff would definitely take a look!
I already bought a ps4 here and the controller was broken so I went back with it, the gentleman who helped me did not even come out of his loft to speak to me and let his female colleague solve it according to his own say had no knowledge of it. he told her to give me another controller. what i found strange is that i was told it had already been tested ... i came home and guess three times another broken controller. I am completely done with it and you bet that when people screw me they get what they deserve;)
I did well here and received friendly help. Nice shop and well worth it.
