Fantastic these people, for the purchase and sale of our old and new home have recouped the costs 10fold by not overbidding and selling well, we have also saved a lot on insurance and mortgages while we receive customization. Chapeau! Fat fat a anrader for anyone looking for a house in the area!

For the purchase and sale of our house we have chosen brokerage GABA. After comparing a number of offers, they came out as the best. We were assigned Arjan Bloemink as a broker. During the first meeting with him, he took the time to explain everything. In the time after that he kept us informed regularly, the communication with him was very good. We thought he was a pleasant broker and he helped us very well. In the end he sold our house within two weeks! We are also very satisfied with GABA's mortgage adviser, Hans Mandemakers. He also took time for us, was very clear in his explanation and very patient. The mortgage was quickly arranged. In short, we are very satisfied with GABA's service and we can heartily recommend the GABA team!

Since mid-2019 we have been in contact with Gaba about the sale of our home. A lot had to be done to get the house ready for sale. Gaba Westervoort, especially Arjan Bloemink, has advised, guided and relieved us well with regard to the sale of the house. A good real estate agent pays for itself, both with regard to the purchase and the sale of the home.

Gaba is a good real estate agency, fulfills agreements and you can go with all questions during the sales process. They also think along well in special situations. We have now had a lot of contact with Rene Moerke during the sales process. Rene is a trainee broker at Gaba. I want to compliment him on his proactive attitude. And a professional way of working. Keep it up!

Have experienced Arjan as involved, knowledgeable and to the point. His method and understanding of the sale of the house and its history was respectful and realistic. No great stories, no over the top presentation. Realistic and close to the interested party.
