Really disrespectful client service. Called this webshop this morning to check the status of my order. Just to ask a simple question. Called them at 10:37 - after long wait - some strange voice told me to wait and immediately put me on hold. I waited for 2 minutes on the line. Since I call from Belgium it costs some money as you understand. I called them again in the afternoon at 13:15 and 13:16. Called them on the phone which they mentioned on the website. After long wait again, another person told me to wait and put me on hold. He didn't even wait for me to reply. No "sorry', no "excuse us for inconvenience" no further explanation. I waited for some time again. Thought it was some sort of misunderstanding. Called them back. Same story. Person on the phone didn't wait for my reply and didn't even let me speak a single word. Just "wait" and that's it. Quiet disappointed I gave them this review with 1 star. After some time when I was on a meeting they kept on calling me non-stop. Really annoying calls. They left a voice message and an sms demanding an immediate answer. Since I was busy - I could not answer them. In couple of minutes after annoying calls and messaging stopped - they cancelled my order. Just like that. This is the quote from their mail: "We are very busy today on the phone and we asked you 2 times for patience because we are in line with a customer. You called us 5/6 times in a row without patience. We can’t sent ordered items to customers when we have a bad feeling about it." Firstly, they lied to my face - I didn't call them so many times in a row. Secondly, I would gladly explained why I gave this review if they waited until I called them back (the patience they wanted was lacking obviously. Hypocrisy at its best). Thirdly - I already paid them and they still cancelled my order. "Bad feeling" is rather poor reason for that. As you can see - company does not respect their clients. No wonder if they get more 1 star reviews in the future.

I've been waiting for two weeks. Nobody replies to my e-mails.

3 weeks ago I ordered an iPhone 12 from TI84 shop. After not having heard anything for 6 days, I contacted whether the iPhone had already been shipped (on the site it was in stock and available within +/- 3 days) I received a response that the iPhone was not in stock due to delay at the supplier was available at the end of that week (ie after 10 days). The next day I received an automatic email that the iPhone that would be delivered afterwards (two weeks after ordering) is a very strange way of communicating. Called and indicated this, not very friendly customer service, but received a discount of 15 euros for the long wait. A screen protector would also be included, but I have not seen it until now, just like the 15 euros. I even e-mailed this at the back but did not receive a response. The iPhone was only delivered after 2 weeks. I would therefore not recommend this company to order an iPhone! After this review I received an email back that they would provide the discount and screen protector if I deleted this review. I said that honesty takes it all along and that they considered professionalism of paramount importance, to this I got back, "You should know madam." Very professional and take advantage of it!
