I printed a few old photos that were in low quality due the old phone camera, and I was surprised how beautiful they turned out! And in between processes I had contact with customer service, amazingly friendly and helpful. Thanks profotonet!

They send me a wrong pictures. Contacted them for this, and they did sent me a correct pictures, albeit a week late. I also exchanged original print with the other adress because I did not feel comfortable of other people having prints of my baby. When I asked for compensation for this they accused me of not contacting them and such. Very arrogant and opinionated sales support, not professional at all. Prints are wonderful, aftersales should aim to copy quality there. Update: was called with apologies, and free shipping on next order.

Profotonet software can not be used: a license key is needed but not provided by Profotonet: useless.

I have printed with them on three different occasions, and each time I had an issue with my order. While their prints are sufficient in actual print quality, their ordering process and customer service are severely lacking.The sizes are all mixed up, and you have to resize the photo before you upload it, which isn't the case with other, more professional, printing companies, and be careful because they won't tell you that you need to do this beforehand. Each time I reached out to customer service, I was met with defensiveness and arrogance on their part. I called before finalizing my order, and was assured by customer help that my prints would come out the specific sizes I needed them to be, but when they arrived in the mail, the sizing was off. When I complained they responded by telling me that I can cut my photos with a knife myself. It takes a lot for me to want to leave a bad review, but I just can't in good faith keep using this printing company.
