Prima service.
Purchased several different types of hardware from this company. Always a pleasant conversation with expert advice. Feel like a customer and not a number which is very important to me after bad experiences at, for example, the Mediamarkt and even the Makro (printer).
Perfect service! Here they take the time to listen and to look for a solution together.
How bad, how bad!
Very unpleasant conversation about a product that, according to staff, would fit with connection, but was not the case. I didn't get a refund because they, I quote: 'are not a library' where you can try things out and then bring them back. Downright Ridiculous.
Good service, fast, friendly staff, and good explanations.
