It's a nice store with really friendly people running it. The only recommendation I could give is that you should bring and sell more English written books. Besides that, everything else is fine and I bought 3 books which I cannot wait to read!

I found the staff/owners of this Read shop/TNTpost winkel in Velp, quite unfriendly. I was there with my 1 year old kid in one hand (in a buggy)and a box to be posted in the other which I forgot to close well. By my question if I could use (20 cm) of tape, I was offered to buy a whole new roll of it, but not offered to use (even when I asked) the one on the front desk next of us or go home. May be this might look not that offensive and quite logical response, but in the certain circumstances it seemed was quite non friendly.

Exactly the same thing happened to me as @I justme. I needed a piece of tape, because I found out that my address sticker was still in my closed box instead of on my box. Asked very nicely to put a piece of tape around the box again, but no. I could buy a tape roll in the store was the answer .. Incredible! I was flapping my ears! Bad thing! I will never come here again! ____________ i justme Local Guide 137 reviews 66 photos I have never seen such a rude sales person. I came to post a package and needed a small piece of tape to keep the box closed. Which tells me in an antisocial way that I should buy a roll of adhesive tape. I explain to him that I really only need a very small piece. He claimed that by helping everyone he lost $ 700 adhesive tape last year. Eventually I can take my package again, sir did not want to send it. We will never come here again. Bad thing!
