A year ago, 3 times had a treatment, the first of which was only a massage, which was fine, and the other 2 manual therapy. I do crossfit / weightlifting and do this 4 times a week, which is quite intensive and so you can sometimes get stuck or suffer from something and a sedentary occupation does not contribute positively to this. Due to crowds at my usual physio, tried here, also because it is closer to home and a plus practice at Zilveren Kruis. At the last 2 visiting moments I was particularly bothered by the area near my neck / upper back. Unfortunately this was not solved at all both times, after only cracking in a few places and I still left with the same inconveniences. I do not know whether the person did not understand my problem or just did not feel like it, but I think this is simply downright bad and does not honor the "plus practice" quality mark. After that I had absolutely no need to go back and therefore I went back to my usual physio who took the time and had it remedied with 'dry needling' and came with tips to prevent it in the future. Until now, early 2020, no longer bothered.

A gym without fuss, a bit outdated, in the past 3 years iig made no investments because of that it was nice and quiet. Friendly staff.

Very good physiotherapy and a very nice and quiet gym. Nothing for fast sports suits and mirrors, but just great sports
