My bonus daughter is in special education in Grave. Last week they forgot to pick her up from school (no driver planned). This week the driver forgets to pick her up at home. Customer service says he is on his way to Deest, but on the GPS he was already at Wijchen. Customer service is not good at admitting mistakes and communicating solution-oriented to the customer. We were better off with the previous taxi company. @ Municipality of Druten as WdK even when almost no taxi transport is needed because of Corona keeps managing not to get regular drivers on routes and is allowed to make one mistake after another, then I would go to the table with WdK or choose another company. WdK is a joke in terms of planning and customer service and an 11-year-old girl is the victim of this. Excuse from the driver ... I missed a turn and could not turn anymore ... on the Deestersteeg you have enough opportunity to turn, next excuse was tomtom and to finish .... also do not have a hands-free kit. Mockery ... just admit you forgot a customer.

The bus broke down and went to the garage counter. There are always people who have to do something, a thousand questions and each differently and everyone is helped quietly ... never a wrong word and so not with me, even though I was busy a little longer and I needed an explanation. It may therefore be said that it is also important that you are simply helped properly. 👍

Since 2017 I have enjoyed working at Willemsen de Koning as a student transport driver. AOW pension age will be reached at the end of July 2020. You don't have to work anymore, but that didn't feel right. I missed the involvement in student transport: challenge, service, responsibility and social care to extend a helping hand to parents and their children. As a driver, I therefore commit myself every day to transport the students safely from home to their destination and vice versa. The WDK team of the control centers does a great job to guide and support the drivers as well as possible: management, planners, P&O, workshop / vehicle maintenance, training, customer service, etc. Transporting nine thousand people safely every day. At WDK, it doesn't matter which seat you sit in, you are of value and the face of the company. It is nice to work at Willemsen de Koning.
