I was able to make viewing appointments easily and personally through 1huis brokers. They think along (also eg guarantee instead of income requirement). had a viewing here and that was pleasant and also well organized corona-technically. in the end this apartment was not rented. Do know that you have to pay a one-off amount of (I think) 20 euros before you can come and view. Has now been rented through another company so I don't know how the process will go after the viewing.

Do not rent rooms from 1huismakelaar in Arnhem. They work with Theo de Rijk, he is a pawnman. If something in the house is broken, he will not make it and you will not get your deposit back when you are gone!
