Moniek is a real winner. Is very clear in indicating the bottlenecks and lets you know what you should and should not do. You just get a very honest and straightforward opinion. That can be difficult at times because she also confronts you with things you have done less well, but with that you grab a learning moment and you can improve again. There is also a high degree of flexibility. We had a somewhat difficult moment, which resulted in a hiatus in our sales and so we took the house off the market. This went without a fight. Ultimately, in addition to its sales services, we eventually also used its purchasing services. What a final boss. In the current market, being able to get a home below the asking price and also the extras that she has managed to pick from. In addition, the price is very attractive and that is of course not annoying in the wallet. In short, as already indicated, a real winner.

Between 2010 and 2013 many estate agents of the selling party seen in a hunt for a beautiful house. In 2013, Moniek Koenders was the selling broker for the first time I had the feeling 'that is a nice and pleasant person who really makes contact with me as an interested buyer'. Coincidentally, she also sold a beautiful house and we came to a sale with her and the selling party. Last year she helped me super with the purchase of an apartment (my former partner still has the beautiful house). She negotiated tightly and got more from the price than I expected. Meanwhile I say goodbye to the apartment and Moniek has sold it for a great price. The photos were great on funda and she has written a nice text. She has arranged all the pieces well. I'm glad I know how nice it is for the selling party. She communicates quickly and pleasantly, gives good advice, has in-house architectural knowledge, a professional network of appraiser and photographer. When I go looking for a new house with my new partner, we will definitely approach her again.

After a very nice and nice first contact, we made a second appointment with a plan. This appointment was canceled due to illness (which is understandable). Then 3 weeks no contact possible yourself after repeated calls. The broker seems to have been at the door several times without leaving a message. Eventually I got contact by phone and from my side put down the question for clearer communication and also agreed an advance. After the request for clearer communication, the broker's cooperation was unilaterally broken. That's a lot of things !! First let almost 4 weeks wait and then cancel without giving a reason. Very good advertisement for your company this 👍
