Frans made a valuation report in 2016. To my knowledge did this well. Took the time to view the property and asked for information regarding maintenance, insulation and the like. Have another appraisal carried out last week. Again has a good view of the house and did not randomly take over the 2016 data. Nice handling and quick response to e-mails or apps! Frans will definitely switch on again when needed! Thanks.

Have the purchase of our new home realized by Frans Kamps in 2019. Frans is a professional. Can very well estimate what the right value is for a home and has both technical and commercial knowledge. We are very satisfied with the progress of the purchase and the handling of French. We therefore certainly recommend that you hand over the purchase or sale of a home to Frans!
