Typical example of how some insurance policies do their bit. Very slow settlement where you have to figure it all out yourself. Caused damage to my car, already a month ago. Yesterday we visited a car repair company but it can't do anything because next week the "so-called" expert is coming there ?? Why not just at my place. Now I have to leave the car there, but figure out how to get home at all (10 km) and hope that I can pick up the car the same day. What a blurry mess and good thinking! I am glad that I am at Interpolis myself, I always enjoy talking about it. Unfortunately now dealing with the insurance of the other party ...

What a bad company. Not even worth 1 star. PVC floor has fault lines here. According to sir we have to come up with the cause ourselves and the insurance does nothing until we have hacked into our own floor and found the cause? + he now blames the floor installer that the underfloor heating pipes are too high and the floor installer is liable (floor is fixed everywhere, problem is probably in concrete underneath and floor is consequential damage). Not a good word for this Mr. van den Engel van Dekra who writes down a cause without even knowing it himself so that insurance comes out of payment.

Very good experience with DEKRA. Had an expert visit for a water damage in my attic. Come the same day. I opted for damage repair and the expert guided it very well. Within a few weeks everything was nicely restored.

These are the biggest paper scam artists I've seen and known in my life. Beware of dealing with this shady business. Before you know it you have been lifted from your car or moped! You have been warned.

The insurance company Klaverblad called in Dekra for my burglary damage claim. The expertise had to visit me weeks later. This requires a lot of personal information that has nothing to do with the damage. I am literally being questioned as if I am the perpetrator instead of the victim. I also walked all over my house. However, I have never experienced burglary damage before and had to deal with an expertise. But according to a friend who is in the industry informed me that it should not be and that he should not have done it. Very strange I have not heard from anything afterwards. Just took 10 months to receive a letter of the amount being paid. However, I don't know how it came about. I have not received any specification at all. Calling and sending e-mail is always not answered. Did I receive these are many submitted articles again not listed ?! Finding contact remains very difficult, they cannot be reached. I then also asked what my reimbursement payment is from my insurance and what it says on how much I should reimburse per item. Unfortunately, no response. I am forced to file a complaint with the depender. I have heard all kinds of excuses for why Dekra was unreachable. I'm not crazy about settling for the nonsense. Fortunately, my complaint has helped and received the necessary specification. The reason she doesn't want to let me know. Turns out they don't want to compensate at all for my full damage that I'm entitled to. Unfortunately everything delivered which are still selectively reimbursed. When I indicate this, I could get a maximum of 500 euros which my reimbursement value is higher. Horrible! Is with withholding information fooled the consumer and want to cheat. Too bad this is really a very bad thing. However, making incorrect reports and cheating consumers is unprofessional and not done! I have paid for my insurance and this also pays for the expertise. Without the consumers you will not exist and you will all be at home. Acting in the interest of the insurer shows that you are not acting professionally and that you damage consumer confidence. So what about Dekra? Exactly from me, not recommended for Dekra expert to others and be alert when you come across this practice!
