We started by making a decision, renovating or selling? Well this has often gone back and forth. We nevertheless chose to leave our beautiful spot because we have a 2-year-old daughter and we would rather let her grow up among the children in a neighborhood. Playing in the street, living closer to the shops and schools was ultimately more important to us than the beautiful spot. Choosing a broker was actually not difficult for us. We really wanted a broker who was personally involved in this exciting time. Beke was the perfect person for this.
