Nice place to buy furniture. In the past I experienced good service
Previously, deliveries were right on time. Now ordered a sofa in October, delivery at the end of March with 6 weeks delay !!! expected. And no possibility to cancel the purchase. In any case, the last piece of furniture at this store. Too bad again.
A neat and fast response to the complaint, but Profijt unfortunately does not come with a "temporary" solution or other compensation. (free delivery as a contribution for example).
Received very unfriendly customer. Immediately made a U-turn.
