Super service! Quick and very helpful.
Quite a hassle
Ben 77 After waiting outside for 30 minutes I am received with from day one young man what can I do for you? and your mouth mask is not sitting properly, it was slightly under the nose because of the glasses striking.
Problem for which I went to this case twice not solved, eventually the case was just about delayed.
I had the feeling that this was because there were 2 more people waiting.

Corona time. You can only enter the store with 1 person. That is difficult if your wife does not understand it and you have to stay outside yourself. A person had been waiting for over 45 minutes to get their turn. We left after 10 minutes hoping to be able to arrange a new device by phone at the customer service
Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Local service and point of sale for vodafone and in combination with ziggo. Downside is the waiting times in the store. I do understand that there is a limited occupancy, since not every moment there is a run-up, but you would expect that there will certainly be known when there are peak times. Now the wait can be up to one hour. The advantage is if you arrive at a quiet time you will be helped quickly. And you can arrange everything at one time. Nevertheless, I recommend to visit an independent telephone store. Reason: service level is higher because these stores can offer extra accessories for more sales, without extra costs or cheaper. For example, transfer your old files and contacts to your new phone.
