What a k * t store is that.
I broke a phone a year ago when I got a new one and also for the same reason immediately broke (not my fault bdw).
Then asked if I could choose another brand with money with it.
I then specifically asked for the wi-fi calling and 4g calling (volte) functions.
But they are not finished because it has been imported while the employees repeatedly say that it was not.
They blamed Samsung and my profider for a year after calling and applapping with them, I finally found that it was the Phone House's fault.
The concrete difference with other stores, the customer is king in terms of service and advice, take the time for you and are clear - a must!
