I have been here for 3-4 years and I am still young and my teeth were fine when I got rid of them until a few months later after my whole splint went down and came loose. This also pressed painfully into my gums. so I went to the dentist and luckily he removed the thread that pressed into my gums. We then called with this problem to find a solution, as they clearly did not place it correctly and therefore did not do their job properly. Then of course they couldn't do anything for me because the money was already in. so now I have crooked teeth. Very disgusting service if you ask me you come here to improve your teeth paid the full price and then it hasn't helped. And if you then ask for aftercare, it does not matter because they are no longer responsible for you and the money has been received. I certainly do not send my children here! Very unfortunate again

Discouragement Policy. My 12-year-old son (who has a big overbite) was only mentioned the disadvantages of a brace and he was also told that he really must want the braces himself! But it goes without saying that most 12-year-old boys don't want braces.

Mrs. Aelbers is very unfriendly to deal with. Short and business-like, you are a number. We have switched to meppel. What a relief. There you are treated as a person.

Super super super nice people !!! Was on vacation and suddenly my splint came loose, called next working day but they had just opened after 3 weeks of vacation and were packed. Still they helped me and they were super super nice! Really recommend!
