Incredibly frustrating. I am on holiday and have an emergency. Not only did they refuse to help me but they were rude and unprofessional.

I could never imagine that when asked "How was it?" soon after a big molar removal, l would answer: "Almost fun". I'm very grateful to the doctor for the humanness, the eaay ways and the tolerance of my poor English. I'm writing a few hours after a molar removal and l've had no post-surgery pain. Neither l'm having a swollen jaw. Since my phone call l was treated very well and they were accommodating in scheduling a very close date. The premises are cosy and quiet. The location is in the main square of Dwingeloo, perfect to let off anxiety. The whole treatment was a bit less expensive than in my country! Grazie di cuore! Angelo
