Super service!

Purchased a Dell laptop for almost 500 euros. Was at the description "neat condition", but turned out to be really "a second hand". Significant damage to the outside and almost half of the French (!) Keyboard layout with stickers, so that the keyboard lighting does not work really well. It all looks a bit shabby, but you obviously run that risk with refurbished. In terms of software, it works fine. Works fast and like new. Unfold and get started right away! So benefit of the doubt and I accepted it like this and made no further point because I needed the laptop quickly.

I am very satisfied with the ordering process, delivery and the product itself (Lenovo Thinkpad T450s). The appearance of the laptop was fine and performance was as expected as this Lenovo was identical to my previous laptop at work. A colleague at work recommended that I buy a refurbished laptop and I agree in retrospect that this is better value for money for home use than a mediocre new laptop. If you are also considering this, I think it is recommended to do this at Computercenter.

Received the laptop quickly, it was well packed, wrong in a very good condition, only the battery does not last as long as with a new one, but you have that with 2nd hand and you know that in advance because it is all neatly listed on the website. I would most definitely purchase here again and recommend this shop to family / friends.

Bought a used Dell laptop at computer center in Hoogeveen to all our satisfaction. My choice for used was motivated because my experience with consumer laptops is disappointing over time. The friendly and competent after service I received in the store also makes me very satisfied. Given my experience with computer center Hoogeveen, I can recommend them.
