Move2be (locatie Eikstaete)

Recently a bike fit (dynamic bike position measurement) done at Move2be in Hoogenveen. I did this because I felt that I was not completely on my new racing bike. And that turned out to be the case. The bike fit started with a short intake. Then with Harald Guttink to work. Successively, the height and position of the saddle have been adjusted, we have opted for a shorter stem, the handlebars have been lowered, we have installed new cleats and placed 2 so-called wedges under the right shoe. In total we have been busy for an hour and a half. After a few days I received a report with an overview of the adjustments, but also a number of recommendations. As far as I'm concerned, more than worth it, because a lot of adjustments and improvements have been made to the settings of my racing bike. I sit better on my bike, this ensures comfort and hopefully better performance. Highly recommended.

Super nice gym and physiotherapy. Come there twice a week to play sports, and is well supervised. There is enough space to park there, and there are even four disabled parking spaces in front of the entrance.

Unfortunately not helped well. Here explicitly asked for a pelvic physiotherapist. Unfortunately, after 4 months, no improvement at all. Now two appointments elsewhere with a real pelvic physiology and the pain is so much better, get a much better explanation and I get treated more. Not only exercises and their eternal repetition.

Nice gym, and skilled staff! My daughter was helped very well with her rehabilitation!

Looks neat and well cared for when entering. Only on my third visit did I see someone taking a cup of coffee, there is nowhere that this is possible while waiting and is not offered even if you're waiting for 20 minutes
