Our opinion: Very abrupt, unthinking, feeling that we were disturbed when we were there, gone too far in not wanting to raise expectations and thinking from the other party, even without knowing all the facts. Zero point zero empathy. That is why we did not go into business with her, we would rather have a lawyer who gives you the feeling that you are behind you and think in terms of possibilities, instead of having to defend yourself there too and be cut off. Not a pleasant experience if you are already in trouble.
