1 star is already too much. This "mediator" may not call itself a mediator. Not solving the problems only makes it worse. Above all, does not de-escalate and search for a solution, does not matter if you are critical of its method. Eventually you end up with a lawyer. So; take a lawyer and skip Steenbergen, save a lot of money and frustration. Even the lawyers are aware of her working methods and get multiple clients with the same complaints about this "mediator". Response below, typical. Who is talking about the bottom of the pot? Feedback on your working method has certainly been given, but it has not been received cordially. Again save your money and do not go to this woman, who only fills her own pockets (case bottom of the can)
