Very unclear communication, friendly movers but unfriendly people at the office. I asked them to call before delivery and they just don't call in the end and are surprised that you are not available when they suddenly appears in a delivery period of 4 hours. Very old fashioned and not customer centric.

2 Meubels gekocht bij Profijt Meubel. 1 nieuwe eettafel en 1 showroom tv meubel. Deze werden netjes binnen de aangegeven tijdvak bezorgd (07:00/12:00) ze kwamen om 10:00. De twee bezorgers waren erg netjes en gingen voorzichtig om met de meubels en zette het op de plek die ik aanwees. Ik heb zo nog een glaasje drinken aangeboden terwijl ik het showroom model uitpakte om te controleren op beschadigingen. Dit was niet het geval dus helemaal tevreden. Super service voor Rijnmond Meubel Transport en Profijt Meubels.

Been in contact with this company to have furniture delivered. Had a very pleasant conversation with Mrs. Margo. Good to hear that she enjoys her work. Delivery men, sorry name not asked, big man with glasses and smaller, cheerful man, certainly also know their business. I was worried for a moment that the furniture wouldn't go in, but they wouldn't give up and now I'm enjoying my new furniture. Top company!

Very unprofessional to apply only 2 half days. Before or after 12 o'clock. Very unfortunate for a transport company that drives for renowned brands. There are many smaller transport companies that provide much better service in this area.

I can confirm what is being said about delivery time slots: 5 hours (1st delivery) Driver is at half past seven on the sidewalk of a still uninhabited house without having to let him know in advance that he is on the way. (Home address 50km away) 100 euro fine must be paid for the 2nd delivery because 'it would not be a philanthropic institution' be it the lady on the phone. 2nd delivery: it was after 12 a.m. All day have to wait at home as zzper, zero income. Super thanks!
