On Sunday December 13 in the evening, unexpectedly at the vet. Amy had fallen in front of her basket, she was startled and tried to get away, fell again. Her left hind leg also fell out. Amy's entire left side was no longer functioning. A veterinarian on duty, working at the clinic for two months, that's what she said. Her name is Hanna I think. She appeared very young and we were actually wondering whether she was a graduated veterinarian. For example, she had some sort of an IV placed on Amy, in the waiting room on the floor. My husband asked her if she could do better on the table. In the end this was only better. I myself could not stand it at all anymore. Then she made contact with Ilse, because apparently she was not quite at home in the practice yet. We took Amy back home. The other morning, back to the practice. Those who helped Amy that morning thought it necessary to put on a mouth mask and a hood. Whether our Amy was so dangerous as a tiger. Amy stayed behind and we went home without her. When we got home, we could return shortly afterwards. Advice to go to Utrecht with Amy. Then the misery started to get worse. Amy was brought to Utrecht with the hood and mouth mask. The months before, we always asked to schedule an appointment with Ilse. With the annual check-up with Ilse I had to keep an eye on Amy's behavior, otherwise she advised to take another look, at the hips. Amy had a backward movement that indicated she was in pain. I have asked up to 4 times to schedule an appointment with Ilse. No, I could go to so and so, they can read everything from the file and know all about it. The last time I was there with Amy, I think Emma advised again, to schedule an appointment with Ilse next time. No, not again. A discussion about tablets. I agreed with Ilse that I would come every month to get 1 tablet for Amy. The assistants / receptionists sometimes seem to know better than what I agreed with Ilse. Since the move to the new building, an appointment for Amy with Ilse was out of the question. Apparently not interesting enough anymore.
