I started with K-slim and Slim Belly 1.5 years ago. 2x a week cycling and on the treadmill and now more than 15 kilos of weight lost.
Recently completely addicted to the infrared shaper. Cycling in a vacuum with infrared lamps. Compared to ordinary bikes, I now consume 6 times as much kcal! And Elma is the first in the Netherlands with this method!
Great atmosphere, everyone feels at home with owner Elma who is always present and therefore gives that personal attention that others only promise!
