Atmospheric cozy gym. Good guidance. Also personal guidance by personal coach, nutritionist. And fantastic massages. Am very satisfied a big ten go on.

I go for a relaxing massage every month and they feel good on your body, know where your aches are without having to report it. Also nice that it is a powerful massage, but this is of course a personal preference.

Very nice fitness practice. Low threshold. Everyone can participate at their own level. Young and old. Exercises are adjusted per person as needed. That way everyone can participate.
