Love sorrow at the piano trade De Liefde in Scheveningen We have recently become the lucky owners of a Steinway & Sons grand piano size S purchased at de Liefde in Scheveningen. For us it was love at first sight when seeing and especially hearing the wing! The love for the grand piano has only grown in the meantime, but unfortunately the love for the piano trade de Liefde has disappeared like snow in the sun after the purchase agreement was signed. Until the signing of the contract we were treated nicely as a customer as you would expect, but after the draw we could only undergo everything. The delivery arrangement has been called after the appointed time had expired due to unforeseen circumstances, 8 hours earlier on that day. A new appointment was announced without consultation. Our surprise was complete after the remark that if we were not present at that time we would pay for the extra delivery costs and then meet each other in court. Our communication on this to write a review was then answered by saying that he "or even would come along." The wing was then delivered at the time stated with 300 euros compensation for the extra day off that we were forced to take. With us the feeling prevails that you can go to the piano trade De Liefde for beautiful instruments for a reasonable price, but for decent service people don't seem to be in the right place here.
