He was attentive throughout every aspect of the sale and the guitar was despatched very quickly and securely. Max Guitar also monitored the tracking of my instrument to ensure delivery was safe and timely. I visited the store to buy an instrument, I thought the service was good as the guys had a sense of humor and were welcoming. Then after picking out the guitar I wanted I Asked for a discount. Don't ask for a better price......!!! I WAS THROWN OUT OF SHOP......!!! The guy was very rude and insulting my 8 year old daughter is very upset and could not understand why the staff Member told us to leave. Why were we invited in to try the guitars to be told to leave as we wanted to think about the purchase.? Don't buy from this store. I am so glad I didn't buy the Guitar.

Bad Behavior 11.02.2021, during a Visit and Conversation (Robbert) Max Guitar Shop in Den Haag. Just a attempt for a common Question to Mr.Robbert, who sold me a Guitar 4 Day's earlier. My Question to him was, if it would be possible to return a Guitar which I have bought 4 Day's earlier and refund my Money Back (1850.- Euro). Imagine a New Fender Jazzmaster Guitar bought 4 Day's earlier for 1850.- Euro, actually a nice Peace, but I was looking for a different Model, not a Jazzmaster. The Guitar in Question was still unpacked and seald, so instead to discuss nicely as Adults should do on the how's and the maybe's, he shouldet in a very Bad Manor at me, which includes discriminating terms on my Nationality -> all Peaoples from my Country are annouing Peoples and not been liked by Dutch Pepoles. It was Hard and Painfull and in First Instance I felt to knock him down, because Nobody should Discriminate others by Nationality, he tok even Childs into it during conversation. I never been treated like this and I even called the Police of this schameless and mean Behavior. I'm Father of 4 Childs and have to think about my responcibility to them, instead of following my instinct during this Act of mean agression's. He tried to give me a Book (12 Euro, propably a Free Commercial Gift to the Shop) and a Guitar Band (5 Euro) as Discount, I left the crapy Discounts in the Shop, because this is a Signature of poorness and lack on his Customers. Conclusion, I never will Buy anything in a Max Guitar Shop, were peoples get discriminated and shoulded. You can have some words with someon, but never use words under the Line, its a lack of Respect. Discrimination has in my Opinion nowhere a Place. Hopefully many People will read my Comment and be Careful before any Discisions are made.

Max Guitar had the lowest price online for the model I wanted .. AND they've sent me a free gig bag on top of it! Amazing! Thank you Max Guitar! I will order again for sure!
