Yogaseads is a wonderful studio run with a lot of professional mind, great experience, mindfulness, genuine kindness and care and unique warmth. One of the few places where you are allowed to be, who he / she is. I am very thankful to practice there. Thank you 🌺🌺 Barbara & Barbara 🙏🙏

As a (somewhat older) male participant in these Yoga classes this is sometimes not easy, I mean with so many flexible ladies around you. But the lessons are given in peace and quiet and there is a safe 'open' atmosphere. The space is great, clean and the auxiliary materials such as bolsters, blankets and blocks. Also sometimes a seat if desired. The tea afterwards short and cozy. Only a small mat in the dressing room would appreciate my feet .......
