However, I was not allowed to influence the valuation because of conflicts of interest in connection with divorce. Now I have to pay a considerable amount for a valuation that I do not support. Also make an appointment with an appraiser, whereby the appraiser does not have its agenda in order. By this I mean appointment on Wednesday, hand in keys at the office and be told that the valuation is on Thursday. Later received apologies because the appointment was on Wednesday.
