These guys are great. I have been working out with LIVEPT for almost a year and have never felt stronger. The fact that they do more than just training is very nice. I also got great advice on my diet. Lost two sizes in jeans and did not lose weight just turned fat into muscle 🏋🏼‍♂️👍

I found my place here: PT, which means: not only guidance during training but also coaching based on nutrition and reducing stress. Expert trainers with love for their profession and a lot of knowledge. No 13 in a dozen approach but tailored to your goals and appropriate to your person. Very motivating. I am much better in my skin (literally and figuratively ment) and mentally more stable which also comes in handy at work. Recommended!
