hairdresser Pem

When you are new in a city, until you find the perfect hairdresser it takes a while. Finally I found one! In the middle of the Statenkwartier, a lovely neighbourhood full of expatriates like me. Very good service and value for hair colour plus cut € 75! Unbelievable the cost for a posh neighbourhood! Check the photo I posted and you will see the beautiful result, my hair length was long. Also, it seems to me that the salon has a new administration and a team. They have a loyalty card program. I really recommend Pem Hair!

Horrific experience. I had made a booking for threading and when I sat down the woman had got the thread ready and gestured that she was about to begin. As I sat back in the seat I watched her place HER BARE FINGER into a pot of wax (not what I made a booking for) and place it on my face. I was confused and very uncomfortable. I asked what was going on but the woman ignored me. The wax was extremely hot on my skin and after she was finnished I looked in the mirror I realised my upper lip was bleeding and felt like it was burning. Two hours later I am still in a lot of pain and there are visible burns on my face. Wish I never came here would give it 0 stars if I could
