I had a Perm done at kapper Willem. The atmosphere is very homy and welcoming first of all. I felt at home straight away and Willem listened very carefully to what I wanted and was very honested as to what was possible. I had a perm done and was very happy with it, however a couple pieces of hair were stubborn and didn’t want to curl. I called willem (he told me to call him after the appointment if anything was wrong or if I had questions) and he told me to come by to redo those couple pieces of hair (still being lovely and welcoming). It was a lovely experience and the way he is committed and communicating with his clients is truly a lovely thing to see. He treats everyone equally regardless of knowing him a long time or shortly. I truly recommend going here. You definitely feel and see the passion for his profession in the way he is with his clients! He listens and adjusts knowing the person he has in his chair. A true craftsman.
