We had interaction with Ragnhild van Rooijen from Heimstaden.It was a wonderful experience on overall process to rent the house. Our needs were understood clearly & carefully and based on that viewing were arranged for renting a house. I am also recommending Heimstaden to my colleague/Friends. Edit: issues are now fixed and it is finally resolved Pretty smooth and professional at the start. Then misery. Since the beginning of October I have had a boiler and therefore also a shower that does not work properly. Heimstaden works together with Bonarius to 'solve' this. However, there is no listening and sometimes no response. I have now been 3 and a half months on. The Bonarius company cannot be reached, I have already tried to contact me 4 times but I am waiting 10th or 11th each time and that after having been on the line for 5-10 minutes. The Heimstaden company does not listen / respond to the information I have provided based on what the technician has told me. They postpone the problem and tell me to contact Bonarius while they are the ones who have to give permission for certain things and adjustments to the boiler.

After much stress and frustration found a home through Ragnhild. I recently bought a house and had it renovated, but a lot went wrong during the renovation, so that the house on the day of moving in (and until now, four weeks later) is not suitable for living. I was urgently looking for a rental home. But given my income and a small amount, I only got rejections. Until I came into contact with Ragnhild and she contributed to a solution. I was so happy with your message and a load fell off my shoulder. You ensured that we could get the house in a very short time. You are a whopper, a winner. I am very grateful. I am so relieved that after four weeks of living in misery we can finally live normally again. A thousand thanks Ragnhild !!
