Spent 3 wonderful years in The Hague, Willemspark is a great place to live as it is in the buzz of the city but gives the feeling of being out of it. Apartments are very well furnished and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and any issues promptly dealt with. I would give a special mention to Erwin, the maintenance manager, so helpful and friendly, he made me welcome from day one and is genuinely interested in making sure you have a comfortable and safe stay

We had four great years in Den Haag and Zeestraat (Willemspark)! The location was perfect, the apartment spacious and practical but a bit worn and in need of a renovation. Promised measures from Palladium stayed away but we were lucky because we had the best facility manager in The Netherlands, Erwin !!! He solved everything professionally, quickly and always with a great smile.

Stayed in Willemspark apartments on Zeestraat for three years and had a really nice time living there. The location is very central - only a short walk to the city centre and a short tram ride to the beach. On the grounds of the property there is a spacious green area which was a big plus. The apartment we stayed in was quite spacious and had a large balcony. Finally, Erwin, the facilities manager of the apartments, was excellent and ensured any small issue we encountered was quickly resolved and always had a friendly hello for you

I loved living in Willemspark, the apartment complex has many advantages namely, prime location, a short walk into the central shopping area, to local restaurants or to the nearby scheveningen woods. The apartment grounds are impeccably maintained with a large green area available to all residents. The grounds are also very secure with electric gates access only and secure parking and bike facilities Erwin is the facility manager and is a great asset to Willemspark as he available to all residents in respect of any issues that arise concerning the apartment complex.

We had very bad experience during our stay in the building owned by Palladium group in Den Haag. There were number of thinks that we didn't liked and we faced few (in our opinion) big problems related with our apartment. We also didn't like how the management of the company dealt with our complains on several matters. Rents in this building are quite expensive, and in our opinion it was not at all worth it. There are number of other places in Den Haag where you can rent a flat for less money and much better conditions. Strangely they have only 2 reviews on google and I couldn't help but notice that the second one is from Yann-Kris, who was actually the guy who showed us the apartment in the Palladium building in the first place. So the guy with whom they cooperate, is also giving reviews about them. I also wonder why there are no reviews from any of the tenants who lived there..... p.s the only think that we liked during our stay there was Erwin, the guy who was doing maintenance of the building.
