For property valuation: no positive attitude towards the client, archaic methods and most important - acting without consulting the client against his/hers interest. I strongly recommend to choose another valuator.

Employee on the phone was very unkind. I asked about the status of an owner-occupied home and the gentleman reacted very arrogantly, as if he didn't want to sell the property. Then the gentleman in question also began to alert me that I should not make assumptions when I asked a question. Furthermore, gentleman was very secretive about the house, and said nothing further after he answered my question (half).

Dear readers, Never go with this broker !!!!! I called for a rental house on the Niewendamlaan in The Hague. Sir informed me that there were 4 properties available. I asked I can view these properties sir said first you have to fill in a form that I send you. I asked what do you need: employer statement, payslips, copy of identification. I asked but I have not seen the property yet? he said you are being tested first i thought sorry the inverted world !!!! I asked why all this first? he literally said the fraud starts with this phone call in other words I called to commit fraud so anyone who wants to rent a home at this real estate agency has the intention to commit fraud !!!!!!! I called from work so this call was also recorded with his claims. Shame on you deeply !!!!!!
