It can certainly also be said when a broker does something good. Homerun has responded adequately to a refund request with us and promised to repay the amount due to our account. We think that's very nice! When we rented here in the past, Groothuizen and Maurits (Real Estate Management from Homerun) always responded quickly and well. They were at least available throughout the day for complaints or defects to the house, something that unfortunately cannot be said of our current manager.

Maintenance case in court The law is very clear: larger defects in the home are for the landlord.
