SCAMMERS! This company misrepresented us on a sale of our home. They sold it at a low price so that they could later profit on renting the property!!! They lie and will take advantage of buyers-sellers-renters especially if they are foreigners. Beware.

Recently had a viewing which turned out to be an open house. In these times it should be communicated honestly, because we would not have come. When making the "appointment" nothing was said about the 10 other people who would also walk in and out at that time. The broker also knew little to say about the house. However, what was most surprising was the faeces in the toilet, which had not been cleaned up. Something the real estate agent would have known if she had walked through the house herself. Not a good calling card for a home to be sold.

A broker with care for his customers. Unlike many competitors, you notice at Belvédère that they put the interests of their customers first. They provide expert advice, are close to the fire at newly available properties and are very friendly and helpful. With my next house hunt, and also with the sale of my current home, I will definitely choose Belvédère. Thanks guys!
