Expat Housing have been doing an excellent service, finding the right location and solving any difficulties. Absolutely positive experience!!!!

We rented our house out via expat housing and were mainly in contact with Mr van der Leijke and Mr Muring. At first they claim personalized service, quick response to emails and a service to support the new tenants. The also claim a background check, guarantees arranged by them by the employer of the tenant and solid follow-up. They claim a check-in/check-out. At first service is very good and calls/emails are answered promptly. But as soon as we were abroad this ended and in general we had to wait for around 1-2wks before they answered our calls/email. Such a shame when you trust somebody with your house and pay them for services they do not provide. Especially, when you are abroad and it is so difficult to arrange things from such a distance. - response to emails: very bad, slow and careless - service: very bad, not trustworthy and careless. They did not pay our deposit back!!!! - background check: they do NOT do that - check in/out: not according to legal rules, be VERY carefull with them if you decide to work with them. Take you own pictures - deposit: they did not pay it back (see other reviews, same problem). - extra service for tenants: they do NOT cover them and in the end you are left with a huge problem. Overall rating: VERY BAD If we had known this in advance we would never have rented out our house with Expat Housing.

I had a very good experience communicating with Expat Housing about potential rental objects. Ge has been super helpful during and after the viewings and the company has shown to be very professional.

I was honestly impressed about how easy it is to rent a house with Expat Housing. They helped me all the way from the beginning with all the informations that i've requested and they actively helped me with all issues i had until now. I recommend them for finding a good rental place in Netherlands.

Very bad experiences with this agency after renting out our fully furnished house to an expat couple. After two years abroad, we returned to a completely trashed house, from the yards to the kitchen to the attick. Afterwards, expat housing was unwilling to help us out: when it became obvious that we were serious in wanting compensation of the thousands of euros of damages, expat house became unresponsive and left us hanging in every sense of the word. Still to this date, no compensation, no apologies, no word from the responsible party. We truly are very disappointed in the quality of the services they offered and in the numerous promises they broke. We would absolutely NOT recommend this agency to anyone who is planning to rent out their property to expats. If we could give less than one star, we definitely would.
