After a storm, € 1850 was charged for a maximum of 40 minutes of work on 5 roof tiles that were blown off (no scaffolding needed because there is a roof terrace) while a price of € 1000 was agreed by telephone (agreed due to urgency). Subsequently sent a false invoice claiming that 2 men have been working on the roof for 3 hours. In addition, much too high material costs were passed on while our own roof tiles were replaced. After all, a bizarre high hourly wage. After requesting several quotations, I found out that another party charges € 250 / € 400 for the same damage. The home insurance of the VVE does not pay out in full because, according to them, there are also excessively high costs.

24/7 emergency service, but not when we were stuck with a hole in the roof by a loose blown roof tile near the clean stone of the CV. The roof must be repaired over the entire width of the house due to water damage. We then use this option to have a dormer window installed. Three times guess who does NOT get that job.
