Not properly repaired was then turned away every time. After six months I gave them a last chance with a registered letter. Then I was helped quickly. Very unfortunate in this way.

Gerard's roofer was asked to make an offer. 1x no show, the 2nd time much later than agreed. Upon arrival, immediately state how many quotations they have issued that day (read: "this is going to be an expensive one"). After that, keep a much larger roof surface than the actual surface (this also confirms another roofer who did get the job). But then comes the price, which was no less than EUR2,000 higher than the current (recognized) roofer asks. The quotation was not sent in writing, I just had to call. Nice try, but unfortunately I don't fall for it. I cannot judge the work performed, but the first impression was not good.

roofer Gerards more than lives up to his name. A tight quotation does not come at the expense of quality. On the contrary. Their enthusiastic team delivers real craftsmanship. New problems are well discussed and solved as simply as possible. They work hard in a good atmosphere and I am really happy with the result. Op en Top, thank you very much for your efforts to provide my old house with a fantastic new roof. I couldn't have wished for better.

Contact sought because our roof had to be replaced for several years (roof tiles and slats). Info received and talked about insulation. Chosen to replace the roof battens and pan battens and to place a special iso foil on the outside of the roof. With this insulation foil, the insulation can remain on the inside of the roof. All pans replaced and the dormer window well finished with lead. All in all great solutions and we are very satisfied. Cozy guests who work hard and keep all agreements that we really appreciate. I recommend it to everyone.

I have requested several quotations for a roof renovation of my roof, some were cheaper than Roofer Gerards but eventually decided to work with roofer Gerards because (a) the site looks neat and professional and provides the correct information and (b) because the contact was very pleasant and he knew what he was talking about and also indicated on the spot what was not right and what could be improved. He understands his trade! The last few days had heavy showers and no more leakage! If you are looking for a reliable and honest roofer, you have come to the right place. I will definitely use his services in the future.
