Dirk helped me very well and quickly. In 45 minutes I had my laptop back with more of a working battery. Also pleasant to talk to. Highly recommended if your PC needs help!

Dirk was super friendly. He helped me with the repair of my laptop. I have never received such a good and personal service. It was also nice that Dirk tried to explain everything in English. Because my Dutch is not that good and certainly not when it comes to electronics, so it was handy. Of course the repair was also perfect. My laptop is now faster than ever. Thank you! Excellent service. That is why I would recommend it 100%!
